OPSTECH is the product and brand described on this website: the Business Operating System. This notice applies to the public website and to conversations started through it. Founder Access requests are reviewed by OPSTECH / JagWorks. Until a legal entity is published here, treat the operator of this website as the organization that determines the purpose of the processing described below.

Scope
This notice applies to the public marketing website and to Founder Access and contact submissions. It is not the privacy notice for a deployed OPSTECH product environment. Product deployments, if any, are governed by the agreement and controls of that deployment.
Personal data we collect
We collect personal data that you choose to submit and limited technical information created when the website is used.
- Founder Access: full name, work email, company, LinkedIn profile URL, company website URL, requested product, the fact of consent, source of the request, and the time of submission.
- Contact: full name, work email, company, your message, the fact of consent, and the time of submission.
- Technical information: standard server and hosting logs that may include IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent, and similar operational data needed to deliver and protect the site.
- We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or account passwords on this website.
Purpose of processing
We process this information only for specified purposes connected to this website.
- To receive, store and evaluate a Founder Access request.
- To decide, at OPSTECH / JagWorks discretion, whether a founder is selected.
- To reply to a contact message.
- To send a confirmation when email delivery is configured.
- To notify the OPSTECH operators of a new request when email delivery is configured.
- To operate, secure and diagnose the website.
- To understand aggregate use of public pages only if an analytics provider is configured.
Grounds for processing
For Founder Access and contact, processing is based on your affirmative consent and on the information you voluntarily provide for that specified purpose. You can refuse consent by not submitting the form.
Technical logs are processed as needed to operate and protect the website. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing. This website does not run a marketing-subscription programme.
Consent and withdrawal
Consent is collected through a clear checkbox on the Founder Access and contact forms. It is limited to evaluating and responding to that request. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.
To withdraw consent, or to ask us to stop using a submission for further evaluation, use the contact form. If a production contact address is published, you may also write to that address. After withdrawal we will stop further processing of that submission unless retention is required by law or needed to complete a request you still want answered.
Minimisation, purpose limitation and accuracy
Forms collect only name, work email, company, and — for contact — a message. We use the information for the purpose you submitted it. Please provide accurate information. You can ask us to correct it.
Retention
We keep Founder Access and contact records for as long as needed to review the request, reply, and maintain a record of the enquiry, or for as long as required by applicable law. A specific retention period has not been published. PENDING BUSINESS / LEGAL INPUT.
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security of the website.
Security
We take reasonable security safeguards for this website and its form submissions, including server-side validation, rate limiting, spam controls, and restricted operational access. We do not claim that any system is secure against all risks. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, GDPR or other certification on this page.
Processors and email

If email is configured, we send an internal notification and a confirmation to the address you provided. If email sending fails after a submission is saved, the request remains stored so it can still be reviewed.
Analytics

If no analytics provider is configured, this website does not load a third-party analytics script.

Grievance and complaints

If applicable law establishes a Data Protection Board of India or another complaint forum, you may also use that forum after using the means available on this website, as required by applicable law.
Children
This website is intended for founders and other business representatives. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly process personal data of children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can delete it.
Cross-border processing
