The model is not a static setup artifact. OPSTECH establishes and continuously maintains organizational understanding as the organization changes.
Canonical model
Intent → Organization → Capability → Process → People → Application → Workflow → Data → Outcome. These remain distinct concepts, even when their experience is grouped. Governance, relationships, risk, intelligence and external context connect across the model.

Relationships and dependencies
The model exists so a leader can see how parts of the business depend on each other: intent to capability, capability to process and people, process to application and workflow, work to data and outcome. A gap in ownership, a delayed initiative or a vendor change can be read against those connections.
Useful before complete
OPSTECH should deliver useful understanding before requiring complete configuration. The initial connected model is smaller: Intent, Organization, Capability, Process, People, Application and Outcome. Workflow, data, relationships, governance and external context are enriched over time. Initial blueprint recommendations are recommendations, not facts. The organization can review, correct and validate them.
