Business Operating System
A system the organization can grow with.
OPSTECH should become part of an organization's DNA — adopted from day one and useful throughout its lifetime. Business first. Technology second.

The product promise
OPSTECH helps you understand where your business stands, so you can decide where to go next.
The minimum core value path is organization information, a Business Operating Model, current business understanding, meaningful Business Situations and founder insight.
Five product responsibilities
A Business Operating System is not a stack of tools. OPSTECH holds five responsibilities together.
- Operating Model — what the organization is, wants, needs, does, uses and governs
- Intelligence — observe, understand, identify, explain and recommend
- Execution — connect decisions to work, measurement and outcomes
- Governance — constrain intelligence and execution with authority, policy and scope
- Business Operating Graph — connect objects, evidence, situations, decisions and outcomes so context can be traversed
- Operating ModelHow the business is structured
- IntelligenceWhat is happening and why
- ExecutionDecision to work to outcome
Why this is not ordinary business software
ERP, CRM, BI, workflow tools and chatbots organize records, pipelines, charts, tasks or conversation. They do not continuously maintain a connected understanding of how the business works.
OPSTECH must not become a thin dashboard over external systems or an attempt to rebuild every enterprise application. Existing systems are accommodated. Complement before replace.
Human authority stays central
OPSTECH informs, advises and coordinates. Authorized humans remain responsible for material decisions. Recommendations are advisory unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
Evidence and context must accompany material conclusions. Autonomy is earned through trust, policy and demonstrated reliability.
