These terms govern use of the public OPSTECH website and requests for Founder Access. They describe the website and the founder programme. They are not the customer agreement for a deployed Business Operating System. They do not promise acceptance, perpetual free access, or specific product features.
The website
The website at opstech.app explains OPSTECH, the Business Operating System. Content is provided to help you understand the product. It is not a commitment of implementation scope, delivery dates, or fitness for a particular organization. A deployed product, if any, is governed by a separate agreement.
Founder Access
OPSTECH is currently available at no cost to selected founders. That is a limited programme, not a public free plan and not an offer to everyone.
- You may request Founder Access. Requesting access does not guarantee acceptance.
- OPSTECH / JagWorks determines eligibility at its discretion. Specific published eligibility criteria have not been fixed as a public checklist. Selection may consider suitability, product stage, capacity and other programme needs.
- Access, if granted, may be limited, suspended, changed or withdrawn.
- Access at no cost does not create a perpetual entitlement or a right to remain on the programme indefinitely.
- OPSTECH / JagWorks may change or end the Founder Access programme.
- If commercial or paid terms later apply to a founder who has access, those terms will be communicated before they become applicable to that founder.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
- Using OPSTECH, or reading this website, is not business, financial, legal or professional advice unless a separate writing expressly says so.
- We do not promise uptime, uninterrupted availability, completeness of functionality, or any future feature.
Your responsibilities
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it or to submit information you are not authorised to share. Do not impersonate another person.
Intellectual property
OPSTECH, the OpsTech lockup and the site content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy the site as a product, or use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement, without permission.
Privacy
Personal data submitted through this website is described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting Founder Access or a contact message requires the consent described on those forms.
No warranties
The website is provided as a public description of OPSTECH. We do not warrant that it is error-free, always available, or suitable for any decision. Product capabilities may change as OPSTECH develops.
Updates and governing law
We may update these terms. The effective date below will change when we do. A governing-law and jurisdiction clause has not been published. PENDING LEGAL INPUT. Until then, these terms are read with applicable law.
