Applications
Applications organize capability.
OPSTECH brings together a portfolio of business and operational applications on a shared Business Operating Model. They are specialized environments inside one product — not a catalogue of separate products.

One platform. Focused experiences.
Each application helps a part of the organization do its work while remaining inside OPSTECH. Strategy, Projects, People, Governance, Vendor, CRM, ITSM, Knowledge and TechLedger are applications within OPSTECH.
An application may own a focused operating experience. It consumes the shared operating model and can contribute evidence, relationships, decisions or outcomes. Connected applications participate in the same model. They are not a second product line.
How applications work together
The common model is Intent → Organization → Capability → Process → People → Application → Workflow → Data → Outcome. Applications organize capability on that model. OPSTECH organizes understanding across it.
A strategy initiative can become project work. Work needs owners. Owners act under governance. A vendor or service event can become a business situation when it affects capability or outcome. That is the portfolio working as one system, not as nine tools.
What is included, connected or evolving
Strategy, Projects, People and Governance are included in the current OPSTECH application set. Vendor and ITSM are connected applications that participate in the same model. Knowledge, CRM and TechLedger belong to the architecture and are evolving toward broader availability.
OPSTECH is the product you request access to. Application access is not a separate product catalogue.
